Brooke Sikora

If after all of this, you still want to know more about me, here are seven fun facts about myself:

1. I drink close to four cups of coffee a day, sometimes a chia latte if I'm feeling fun and flirty. 

2. When I need to get away, my favorite place to go is my grandparents' cabin (ironically located on Retirement Road), where I fish, four-wheel, swim, hike, and take a break from everyday life.

3. I have a little sister who lived in Denmark for her junior year of high school. To say I missed her during that time is an understatement, but I found my true love in the form of a chocolate-covered marshmallow dessert, Flødeboller. 

4. I was born left-handed, but when I was learning how to write as a child, I broke my arm sliding down a playground slide, causing me to have to be right-handed.

5. My mom, dad, and I are attempting to go to every Major League Baseball stadium, and I only have six stadiums to go. I'm a St. Louis Cardinals fan at heart but do love my San Diego Padres as well. 

6. I have had the same best friend since birth, and our families travel to Disney World together at least once every two years. His brother and my sister are also best friends, and I was his older sister's maid of honor. We're basically family.

7. My favorite memories include: making biscochitos with my grandma Otero, building something out of wood with my grandpa Otero, playing canasta with my grandma Sikora, and watching Wheel of Fortune with my grandpa Sikora. My grandparents taught me to cherish the little moments, and this advice definitely helped form me into who I am today.
